In Puglia, the sun-drenched region of Southern Italy, millions of olive trees cover the landscape. Some are over a thousand years old and form part of the region’s heritage – its scenery, its culture, and its cuisine. Puglia is home to countless olive varieties, from the bold Coratina (a typical Puglian cultivar) to hundreds of others, each with its own flavor, aroma, and character.

Each one offers a unique flavor profile: some are peppery and intense, others fruity or mild. When blended thoughtfully, these different olives create a harmonious olive oil with a taste that perfectly matches a specific season or dish.

What Is an Olive Oil Blend?

A blend is an extra virgin olive oil carefully composed of different olive varieties. Much like wine, this combination creates a unique balance of bitterness, fruitiness, and intensity. Some blends are light and fresh, while others are bold and complex.

At SOGNO by Hetty, we’ve chosen to create a Signature Blend for each season. Each season has its own flavors, ingredients, and mood and deserves a tailored olive oil to match.

As an importer and advisor for chefs and restaurants, I’ve seen firsthand how the right olive oil can elevate a dish. That’s why I’ve poured my knowledge and experience into a series of handcrafted blends, made with care and Mediterranean soul.

My Signature Seasonal Collection
