We ship your order with care from France or the Netherlands, depending on stock location.

Shipping options and costs

At this time, we only offer home delivery.
A fixed rate per country applies, depending on your location within Europe.

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders that reach the minimum amount indicated on the product page.

Delivery time

Pre-order olive oil shipments are dispatched within the dates indicated on the product page.
Products made especially for you, such as our tote bags and posters, have a delivery time of approximately 8 to 10 working days.

Shipping method

Depending on the product and delivery address, we select the most suitable carrier.
This may be PostNL, Colissimo, UPS, or DPD.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code, if available.

Packaging

All our products are carefully packed.
Olive oil is shipped in secure packaging, specially designed for fragile bottles.
Our bags are neatly packaged and protected against damage during transport.

Delays or exceptions

During busy periods (such as holidays) or due to external circumstances (such as logistical delays), delivery may take slightly longer.
We will keep you informed as best as possible.
